Camilla Belle's officially done with Joe Jonas. Camilla's rep told E! News that she and Joe are no longer a romantic couple: 'Yes, it's true, they have broken up. There is no third party involved, and they care deeply about each other and will remain friends.'

That must be the reason why Joe was crying during his Philly concert- Camilla must have been the one to break his heart.
