Debby Ryan of the Suite Life on Deck attended the Up premiere. Look at her- she thinks she's all that and a bag of chips, but really some one needs to call What Not to Wear that girl needs a stylist. She looks all frumpy in that oversized shirt/dress ensemble she has going on.
